When I was young, I loved the movie, "White Christmas". I especially loved the song, "Sisters." Our sweet Katiree prayed for a sister. She delights in her sister (well, unless Kezia pulls an attitude on Katiree)... and is an amazing big sister. Kezia, in turn, delights in Katiree. I often hear, "Katiree, come here" (she just learned "Katiree" instead of "Tee tee") or "Katiree, play dress-up with me."
Grandma came down bearing two dresses... and both girls were delighted. Now, I know the day will come where this will not fly. I know the day will come where the older will wish the younger wouldn't borrow her clothes or maybe didn't look up to her for everything. But, until then... I'll be thankful. Thankful for two sweet girls that love each other to pieces. "Sisters... sisters..."
